These terms govern your use of the Boopsee mobile app ("the Service"), operated from India. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Boopsee is not a veterinary service and does not provide veterinary advice. Health logs, AI-generated insights, chat responses, and scanned-record summaries are for informational and organizational purposes only. They are not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for professional veterinary care. If your pet is unwell, contact a licensed veterinarian. In an emergency, contact an emergency veterinary clinic immediately.
Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence (including scanning documents, chat, and health insights). AI output can be incomplete or wrong — for example, values extracted from a scanned record may be misread. Always verify important information against the original document and with your veterinarian.
You sign in with a Google or Apple account and must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, which permanently removes your data.
You own the information you add to Boopsee — pet profiles, logs, documents, and messages. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process that content solely to provide the Service (including processing by our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy). Only upload documents you have the right to use.
Don't misuse the Service: no attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no uploading unlawful content, and no using it to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on information in the app, including AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently, the app is free, so this amount is zero).
We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update this page and note the new effective date. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
